Our top priority is the satisfaction of our customers.

The delivery time slightly increased due to the currently high demand. Therefore, our current fulfillment time could be increased by up to 4 days for certain orders. Our average delivery time is currently 5-8 business days.

We are trying our best to reduce the delays as best as possible. Please note that your products can be sent in two different parcels, based on the availability.

You will receive a tracking number with each order so you can track your package at any time.

How to Use

1. Mix a small amount of powder with water in a bowl to create a thick, clay-like paste.

Note: A watery mixture will not be effective. The paste must be thick for best results.

2. Apply the paste evenly to dry skin without rubbing it in.

3. Leave on:

• Normal skin: 5–7 minutes

• Sensitive skin: Start with 3–5 minutes and increase if needed

• Coarse or stubborn hair: Up to 10 minutes

Do not exceed 10 minutes. Wash hands immediately after application.

4. Remove the paste gently using the damp Hair Slayer exfoliating glove or a soft washcloth.

Avoid using the exfoliating glove on sensitive areas like nipples and the bikini area.

5. Rinse thoroughly with water only — do not use soap.


Important Safety Info

• Always patch test first: Apply a small amount of the mixture to your skin and wait 24 hours. If no irritation occurs, proceed with full use.

• Do not use on irritated, sunburned, broken, or cut skin.

• Avoid contact with the face, eyes, ears, nose, and other highly sensitive areas. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

• Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort develops.

In order to reduce the number of avoidable returns, we also ask that you please make sure to follow our instructions, especially the care section. For the same reason, please note that products must be sealed and in their original condition.
